1 bag of Food Club Frozen Hashbrowns

Optional veggies like broccoli, tomatoes, or asparagus

24 Food Club Eggs

Food Club Salt and Pepper

Food Club garlic powder

Food Club Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS:

Begin by placing 3 table spoons of Food Club Olive Oil into the dutch oven. Cook th package of Food Club sausage, and then add onion, red pepper, and green pepper and any other optional veggies. Cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft. Add the bag of frozen hashbrowns and stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, add 24 eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Whisk thoroughly. Add to dutch oven.

Add 10-15 coals on top of the dutch oven lid and allow to cook for 35-45 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve.
